Return Policy

We want you to love your new mattress. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your mattress for a full refund. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights before initiating a return, as it may take time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your mattress must meet the following conditions:

  • The return is requested within 60 days of the delivery date.
  • The mattress is free from stains, damage, or odors.
  • The mattress was purchased directly from our website.
  • The mattress has been used with an appropriate, supportive foundation or bed frame.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Returning your mattress is a simple process:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at sales@sleeponhorizon.com or (208) 252-7009 within the 60-day return window to request a return authorization.
  • Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your mattress, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund of the original purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Mattresses returned after the 60-day return window.
  • Mattresses with stains, damage, or odors.
  • Pillows, mattress protectors, bedding, and other accessories.
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your mattress arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
