I had so many questions because I didn’t see any prior reviews I can go based off. Spoke with Anthony and he has great costumer service, he’s very helpful and polite. I am 56 years old and need a lot of support from my mattress. The firmness on this mattress is exactly what I needed and was expected. I do wish that they could have helped to bring my mattress inside and help set it up since I am older and cannot lift heavy things but Anthony did let me know that wasn’t a service they provided so I had my son come help me. Other than that I am very pleased.
